After clicking on ‘End Session’ button in each session(IEP, ICP, OT, GT, ISP) you will be redirected to ‘End Session Observation’ Screen.
After filling all the required details the ‘Submit’ button will be enabled.
Click on the ‘Submit’ button, after which you will be redirected to ‘View Session’ page.
